The NIGAMAGAMAM is a huge complex built on 12,452 sq.m. of land in Srinagar Colony adjoining Sri Venkateswara swamy Temple. The Government of Andhra Pradesh is associated with the Nigamagamam in the sense that it is built on open land provided by the Government. The Government has also provided open land for locating the parking area behind Sri Venkateswara swamy Temple. The Complex consists of:

The Main Auditorium

This is a large auditorium elegantly built with comfortable cushioned chairs for seating 1372 persons (including the balconies). It has a dais for performance of functions with two large air-conditioned Green Rooms attached. Spacious bath rooms with hot and cold water supply are provided in the Green Rooms. The auditorium is fully air-cooled for providing comfort to persons seated in the auditorium. The auditorium is equipped with sound equipment mainly supplied by the Bose Corporation of U.S.A. It is supplemented by equipment supplied by the Ahujas of Delhi. Excellent treatment of acoustics is provided in the auditorium so that the sound system has clarity. There are powerful speakers fixed so that even the person sitting at the rear in the last chair listens clearly to what is being said in the auditorium. The gangways are decorated with Vinyl carpets. Bhagawan BABA's pictures adorn the Auditorium blessing the participants in the function.

Spacious Lobbies

On either side of the main auditorium there are spacious lobbies. Bhagawan BABA's picture adorns the front lobby blessing all the entrants into the premises.

Dining Hall

There is a Dining Hall elegantly finished with an attractive artificial "Ashram garden" located in green surroundings with beautiful waterfalls, a den, footbridge, colourful plants, denizens of animal kingdom and birds. The artificial garden located therein is a feast for the eyes of people assembling in the Dining Hall to take food. The Dining Hall can conveniently provide accommodation for about 700 (buffet) /300 (sitting) persons to dine at a time. The Dining Hall has a large service platform. It is air-cooled providing comfort to persons assembling to dine.

The Kitchen

There is a huge kitchen immediately behind the dining hall with a large store room attached to enable persons to store provisions and other materials. The kitchen is provided with up-to-date cooking equipment. There is a separate gas cabin from which gas connections are laid out into the kitchen. A separate open kitchen is also provided for preparing veg. fried rice & rotis using firewood.

Private Rooms

There are three large rest rooms air-conditioned for the comfort of the occupants. Elegant cubicles are provided within the rooms for dressing (men and women separately) and cloak rooms. The rooms are provided with large mirrors for dressing. The rooms are provided with adequate number of cots (15 in number) with comfortable mattresses and bed linen. Elegant venetian blinds are provided at the spacious windows. Spacious bathrooms with hot and cold water supply are adjoining the rooms.

Parking Area

To facilitate easy access to the Main Auditorium, there is a huge parking area built in cement concrete and marked for convenient parking of vehicles. At any particular time about 250 4-wheelers and 200 2-wheelers can be conveniently parked here. There are separate entrances laid out beautifully for the Entry and Exit of vehicles into and from the parking area. From the parking area, people can straightaway walk into the Main Auditorium within a couple of minutes after parking their vehicles. There is a separate cabin for "Vehicle Call". Public Address System is provided throughout the parking area to facilitate the announcements for calling the vehicles. The entire parking area is beautifully lit transforming night into day. Lovely trees and flower plants are laid out on either side of the parking area.
