The Managing Committee has framed elaborate rules for the convenience and efficient administration of the Nigamagamam. These Rules of Management are stated in great detail in a Handbook brought out by the Nigamagamam for use of the parties. A copy of the Handbook will be supplied by the Nigamagamam on request. |

Briefly stated the rules framed by the Managing Committee provide for observance of certain do's and don'ts by the parties hiring the premises. |

The Nigamagamam is not hired for holding political any other associated purposes or for purposes considered as not enuring for public intrest. |

Non - vegetarian food, alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the premises. |
| |

Serving of snacks, food drinks, ice cream etc in the main auditorium is prohibited. |
| |

| » |
Use of public address system permitted by law is regulated by the Nigamagamam. |
| |
|
| » |
Hi-fi system / orchestra or any other musical system is not allowed to be played after 10 p.m. |

Bursting of crackers is not permitted. |
| |

Parties are obliged to draw their supplies of furniture, crockery, etc. from the tent house operating in the premises by a separate contractor. However, the parties have the choice of making their own arrangements for catering and other miscellaneous conveniences. |

Parking of vehicles in any open area other than the parking area is prohibited. More particularly, the parking of vehicles on the front side of the Nigamagamam premises is prohibited by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. |

The Rental fixed by the Managing Committee is a consolidated amount to cover the following items: Rent for the premises, and charges for accessory services and facilities such as provision of 1,400 comfortable cushioned chairs in the Main Auditorium, provision of air-cooling, air-conditioning of marriage party rooms, sound system, electrical and sanitary fittings, and furniture and fittings etc.
